The High School is right over there on the other side of the inactive
tracks. Go Demons! :)

You can see the front of the truck there, too.

In this picture, you can also see the front of the Jetta if you look close.
She has a 2.5L V6 with all-wheel-drive, and has about 81,000 miles on
her. For options, it has the premium package, integrated phone, cold
weather package, and hill descent control. The AWD system comes with
traction control and stability control. The previous owner also installed
an MP3 player interface that goes through the factory stereo (which sounds
great.) The only option it doesn't have that I wish it did is the Xenon
headlamps. This car is actually the same length as the Jetta, and about
1.5" shorter. The wheelbase is quite a bit longer, though. I
haven't taken it on any long trips, but it seems to be an extremely comfortable
car to drive, and I love the handling. As you can see, I already removed
the rear model emblem. My plans for the car are to black out the front
grill & the chrome window trim, tint the windows, and get some 17" rims
for the summer.
Update: I drove the BMW to Fairplay on 9/26, and she drives the best of any car
I've ever driven. I so wish I could buy a 530xd here in the states!
What is amazing about this car is the ability to get 30mpg on the highway.
I can't believe I even considered buying a Subaru when you can get a killer
suspension, great engine power, and even better fuel economy for a few bucks
more. Since I need to go get the Jetta plates soon, it looks like all
three of our plates will end in the same three letters. That will
certainly make them easier to remember.
